Objective: Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) plays a pivotal role in cell proliferation, differentiation and extracellular matrix turnover various tissues. In human dental pulp cells (HDPCs), let-7 microRNA is involved proliferation differentiation. There little information on the effect of bFGF-induced HDPCs. This study investigated bFGF let-7g, let-7f, let-7i microRNAs some genes including p53 Ki67 HDPCs.Material Methods: HDPCs were cultured treated with at 0, 1, 5 ng/mL. Cell was examined using 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay 24 48 hours.
